I accompanied an individual while they were dealing with repairs on their vehicle, and I was shocked by the amount they were being charged. The estimate was far more than I felt the vehicle was worth, yet there were still visible issues that appeared unresolved. The bumper along with other areas of the vehicle still needed attention, and the paint appeared to be different shades in some areas and did not seem to match the vehicle properly. For the amount being charged, I expected the repairs to be completed correctly and the finished vehicle to look consistent. What made the experience even more frustrating was the communication. During discussions about the repairs and costs, employees spoke in a language we did not understand, which made it difficult to follow the conversation and left us feeling excluded from the discussion. I don't know why they chose to communicate that way, but as a customer standing there trying to understand what was being discussed, I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. When we pointed out the issues we were seeing, I felt like our concerns were not being taken seriously. I ultimately brought someone with me who spoke more than one language to help with communication because I did not feel comfortable continuing the conversation without assistance. Between the extremely high repair cost, the visible concerns with the work, and the way the situation was handled, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Based on what I personally witnessed, I would not recommend Parkway Auto Repair to anyone looking for a positive and professional repair experience.

She’s back on the road like NEW.  8-5-26, Daisy 🌼 needed a new starter.  Parkview got her back on the road, in less than a week, running Well, Again.  DELLA, My 99 Cadillac, DeVille, is running very Well since I picked her up.  The check engine light came on, right before my emission test was due.   They diagnosed and repaired Della promptly. When I took back to dealer, dealer said it was partially under warranty. Parkview gave me a far more affordable price for the work and so far no issues with the work
